Ys IX Rewards and Nintendo Points

After last week’s summer sale, there don’t seem to be any big deals on the Nintendo eShop at the moment. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t exciting and fresh new releases for the Nintendo Switch console! Let’s take a look at what’s new in the eShop for the first week of July.

Change new releases this week

Kazuya Mishima from tekken fame is finally coming in Super Smash Bros Ultimate as its new playable DLC fighter. Being part of Ultimate Fighters Pass Vol. 2Challenger Pack 10 contains Kazuya, a new stage and a selection of music tracks from the tekken franchise. Square Enix RPG Demos NEO: the world stops with you and music mixing simulator MERGER are now also in place.

For newer Switch versions, Ys IX: Monstrum Nox and Suda51 The 2425 silver case are headlining the launch. In Yes IX, you play as Adol again, only this time he’s been cursed to become a Monstrum, a powerful being who can exorcise monsters. He must team up with five other Monstrums to escape the city of Balduq and stop the Grimwald Nox, a dark dimension about to overflow into the real world. During this time, The 2425 silver case serves you two complete courses of dark detective adventure stories in one easy-to-bite package. A total of 29 new titles are released until next week:

Nintendo eShop Sale July 2021

  • MERGER is currently on sale at 25% off, priced at $29.99 (was $39.99).
  • Sakuna: rice and ruin, priced at $27.99 (from $39.99). The sale runs from June 23 at 10:00 a.m. PT through July 7 at 9:59 a.m. PT.
  • Doki Doki Literature Club Plus 10% off pre-orders, priced at $13.49 (from $14.99). The sale runs from June 16 at 9:00 a.m. PT through July 6 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

  • Android and iOS Mario Kart TourSummer Tour’s latest limited-time event is up and running. Added a new GBA Cheep-Cheep Island course, new challenges with in-game rewards, bonus rewards until August 10, and you can earn some high-end drivers just by completing challenges.
  • My Nintendo The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Competition: Commemoration of the release of Skyward Sword HD for Switch, My Nintendo members have a chance to win prizes by redeeming 10 Platinum Points to enter the contest with up to three total entries. Ten lucky winners will be selected.
